Refund policy
We want our customers to have a wonderful shopping experience with Maine Features. Please don't hesitate to contact us with feedback.
Magazines and digital product purchases are unable to be refunded. If you are unhappy with your purchase of a physical product (not including magazines), we will be happy to issue you a refund under the following guidelines:
- Items must be not be damaged or show signs of wear/use.
- The customer must contact us within 30 days of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds do not include the original shipping fee.
Please note that our items are very carefully packaged in order to avoid damage during shipping, but we are not responsible for any mishandling by the carriers.
